The Departments
Our Agency’s activities are grouped in two main Departments:
1. The European Policies Department
This Department relies on some necessary features to operate in the field of European Policies:

direct connection with European Institutions and National Contact Points of the European Commission, in order to be constantly updated with the evolution of relevant European Policies;
-
advanced and prompt information and communication on the contents of European calls for proposal, in order to let potential promoters know of participation modalities and formal requirements;
-
guaranteeing a prompt arrangement of transnational partnerships, throughout the connection with institutional and private subjects in various European Countries and Third Countries;
-
preparation of Projects and Application forms;
-
preparation and submission of effective project dossiers whose features meet qualitative standards imposed by the European Commission.
Our activities cover the following areas:

analysis, preparation and distribution of information through an informative report on open calls for proposal called "InEurope";

Creation of a newsletter called "eConsulenza News";
-
Assistance to Public Administrations, territorial agencies, associations, SMEs and enterprises for the creation of transnational partnerships and the development of strategic plannings;
- Monitoring and evaluation of projects and activities funded by the European Programmes or by Structural Funds;

Setting up of international networks and cooperation partnerships spread all over Europe.

Arrangement and organization of events and actions in order to provide information, training and updating, particularly as far as the EU policies are concerned.
2. The Communication Department
This Department deals with the following activities:

spread of a specific information and communication culture;
-
planning, carrying out and monitoring programmes and training projects in the communication area;
-
promoting the diffusion of the acquired skills and experiences, produced by the new communication technologies;
- analyzing and sharing a focused knowledge of the phenomena linked to change and modernization processes of Enterprises and PA;
-
development of cooperation and formal and non-formal education through exchange of experiences and mobility;
-
development of e-government and digital contents (eContent,..) through the diffusion and the development of the Information Society;
-
planning and organization of Media Plans and information events for private and public agencies.
